18. aiCRM and connected Google Ads accounts
aiCRM is operated by aiFutuline LLC, 2205 152nd Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052. This section governs how aiCRM accesses, uses, stores and shares Google Ads data.
We use and share Google Ads data only to provide the aiCRM features you request, except where disclosure is required by law.
With your authorization, aiCRM accesses Google Ads account, campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, search-term, conversion and performance data, including relevant advertising settings and assets, to provide requested reports and analysis. We store connection information, account links, reports and related activity records to support these features.
We use access controls and encryption to protect connection credentials. Service providers supporting hosting and storage process this data. Saved account links, reports and related activity records have no automatic expiry and remain stored until replaced or deleted.
To request deletion of stored data, contact privacy@futuline.com. The retention provisions elsewhere in this policy also apply. We do not sell Google user data.
