01 / Who it is for

For the owner doing a little of everything.

Built for Russian-speaking small business owners in the US who want useful AI habits and a setup they can keep using independently.

  • You write customer replies and proposals yourself.
  • You have tried AI, but the answers feel too generic.
  • You want to learn with examples from your own work.

02 / Your everyday work

Start with three tasks that matter.

Customer messages, service offers, intake checklists: we choose 3 workflows for your business. These examples show how the same skills apply across different fields.

Contractors & construction

Answer a project inquiry

For contractors, remodelers and construction businesses: draft a helpful reply, clarify the requested work and collect the details you need before preparing an estimate.

Beauty & local services

Put a service offer into words

For a salon or local service business: turn the customer's request into a clear offer using your services, approved prices and booking terms.

Automotive

Prepare a vehicle intake checklist

For an auto repair shop or vehicle service business: organize vehicle details, the customer's concerns and requested appointment time into a checklist for your team.

06 / See what the work looks like

A task. A useful prompt. A draft to review.

A bathroom remodel inquiry, a salon service offer and an auto repair intake checklist. Explore familiar business tasks, then we will choose examples from your own work.

Illustrative examples with fictional inputs and prepared sample outputs. These are not client case studies, live AI responses or measured results.

Contractors & construction

Customer reply

Starting information

A homeowner asks a fictional contractor about remodeling a bathroom. The requested changes, room dimensions and preferred timeline are unknown. No photos have been provided. Price and schedule are not confirmed.

Example prompt

Draft a short, friendly reply to a homeowner asking about a bathroom remodel. Ask what they want to change, the room's approximate dimensions, current photos and their preferred timeline. Do not quote a price, promise a completion date or confirm availability. Explain that we will review the details before discussing the scope and next steps.

Sample draft

Thanks for reaching out! What would you like to change in your bathroom? Please share the room's approximate dimensions, a few current photos and your preferred timeline. We will review these details, then discuss the scope and next steps. Pricing and scheduling will need to be confirmed after we understand the work involved.

Before sending: check that the questions fit the project and your estimating process. Add your contact details without promising an unconfirmed price or date.

Beauty & local services

Service offer

Starting information

A customer asks a fictional salon about hairstyling for three people before an event. The date, ready-by time and desired styles are unknown. Prices, appointment times and payment terms are not approved.

Example prompt

Turn these salon notes into a brief service offer: hairstyling for three people before an event. Use sections Request, Details to confirm, Price and booking, Next step. Ask for the event date, ready-by time and each person's hair length and desired style. Mark price, availability and payment terms as 'To be confirmed'. Do not add services, discounts or promises.

Sample draft

Request: hairstyling for three people before your event. Details to confirm: event date, ready-by time, and each person's hair length and preferred style. Price and booking: price, appointment availability and payment terms are to be confirmed. Next step: send these details and style references so we can prepare your final offer.

Before sharing: verify the requested services and replace pending terms only with prices and booking details you have approved.

Automotive

Vehicle intake checklist

Starting information

A fictional auto repair shop is preparing a vehicle intake checklist. Notes: collect the make, model, year and mileage; record symptoms in the customer's words; ask for a preferred appointment time; agree on the diagnostic scope before starting. The appointment and diagnostic work are not yet confirmed.

Example prompt

Create a five-step vehicle intake checklist for an auto repair shop: collect make, model and year; record mileage; record symptoms in the customer's words; ask for a preferred appointment time; agree on the diagnostic scope with the customer before starting. Include a completion check for each step. Do not invent a diagnosis, prices or a confirmed appointment.

Sample draft

1. Collect make, model and year. Check: all three are recorded. 2. Record mileage. Check: the customer's reported mileage is noted. 3. Record symptoms. Check: the customer's description is saved without an assumed diagnosis. 4. Ask for a preferred time. Check: the request is recorded; the appointment still needs confirmation. 5. Agree on the diagnostic scope. Check: the customer's approval is recorded before diagnostic work begins.

Before using: adapt the checklist to your intake process. Confirm appointments separately, agree on diagnostic work with the customer and leave technical conclusions to the technician.

07 / Before we start

Good questions. Clear answers.

Is the training available in English?

Live training is currently conducted in Russian. We can prepare English or Russian working materials, prompts and example outputs for your business.

Do I need technical experience?

No coding experience is needed. You should be comfortable using a computer and ready to practice. We work through your agreed tasks together and leave you with a written guide.

Which AI tool will we use?

We select one main platform during intake based on your tasks and existing tools, and confirm its subscription requirements before setup. The account belongs to you and you pay the provider directly.

What do I need to provide?

A short description of your business, examples of the three agreed tasks and approved materials the assistant can use. We agree on a manageable set at intake. Share only information you are authorized to use with the chosen tool.

What does follow-up support include?

For 14 calendar days after training, the package includes one 30-minute follow-up and up to 30 minutes of written answers and adjustments to the agreed setup. Email us; we reply within 2 business days. New tasks and additional work are quoted separately.

Will the assistant message customers automatically?

No. This package helps you prepare and review work. Automatic messages, website chatbots, CRM/API integrations and team training require separate project scoping.

What are the price and payment terms?

The first 3 paid pilot projects are $650; the planned standard price afterward is $950. We confirm pilot availability before booking. 50% is paid before work starts and the balance after setup and the main training. Included follow-up support continues afterward. Tool subscriptions are extra.
